The Lipten Company is an Engineering, Procurement and Construction firm (EPC) that specializes in Central Energy Plant (CEP) General Contracting. We provide Steam generation, Power generation, Control Systems, Chilled Water Systems, and Water treatment systems. Lipten systems are custom designed to match the unique requirements of each of our clients for both new facilities and the conversion/upgrading of existing facilities. Our level of support can vary from an advisory role to complete turnkey facility construction. Services include: design, engineering, drawings (CAD), equipment specifications, procurement, installation, start-up, operator training and maintenance.

Lipten is organized into Business Development Groups with responsibility for marketing, project development, finance, engineering, and a construction group with managers responsible for the thermodynamic analysis, cost estimating, engineering, layouts, permitting, construction management and plant start-up. We have found that a project's success is related directly to the project management team's commitment to a comprehensive project plan and a constant evaluation effort from beginning to end. We make every effort to utilize local client approved contractors during the construction phase of the project.
