Kishorn lends itself to the all energy markets such as offshore wind manufacturing, assembly and fabrication, maintenance and decommissioning. It also has the added feature of an on-site quarry for the supply of concreting aggregates if concrete gravity base structures or concrete casings are required.

The site has 45 Hectares of land available for immediate construction and development with a further 10 Hectares available. We are connected principally by road and sea, there is also a rail siding nearby at Strathcarron, a short 13 miles away which has direct trains heading towards Inverness.

In 2008, a 50/50 joint venture between Ferguson Transport & Shipping and Leiths commenced the re-generation at Kishorn Yard and Dry Dock.
