Kare Energy started as a prospect generation company in 2016 and entered into an AMI with BlackBrush Oil and Gas to acquire 14,000 acres prospective for Austin Chalk. It is currently being developed by BlackBrush Oil and Gas, GeoSouthern Energy, and other reputed operators with wells producing in the IP range of 1000 bopd to 3000 bopd in the Oil and condensate window, and more than 20 Mmcf/day in the gas window. Since then we have partnered with several operators to drill our high quality, tier-one prospects.
Our current focus is the Austin Chalk/Eagle Ford formation in Texas and unconventional plays in Wyoming. We are the company behind the recent chalk activity and discoveries in Washington and surrounding counties in Texas. We have several exciting projects with tremendous upside for which we are seeking partners to jointly develop and create value.
