• We think it should be simple. By simple we mean that the price we offer you per gallon is the price you pay. No additional delivery fees. No hazmat fees. No surprises. What you see is what you get. What you get is what every other customer gets.

• We don’t believe in long term contracts. We know that if you find the right provider, you will come back month after month without a contract. If you aren’t happy, then we don’t want to tie you down!

• We know that you might find a lower price per gallon offered somewhere else, but beware, often there are additional fees which result in you paying more overall. Worse, you get stuck in a contract for a lower fee and then the prices increase after the initial term of the contract.

• Bottom line. We’re old fashioned. We are family. We value our customers. We treat you the way you want to be treated. Once we have a customer, we usually have them for life.

• We also serve our customers and because we are local, we can take care of you quickly. So if you are a customer and you have a problem, when you run out of propane or have a gas leak, or need an appliance converted, we are there for you!

• During business hours, you will reach a staff member directly that will help you in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Our drivers are responsible for delivering to you and keeping you in gas. They can help answer questions and always ensure safety for you when delivering.
• Our service technicians have many years of experience and training in proper propane and are available to assist you with questions.
• Our yard is the frontage road conveniently located off of Hwy 70 in Oroville. We have staff available during business hours to refill your BBQ bottles, cylinders, forklift tanks, vehicles and RV’s. If you are a home or business that we currently service, we will refill your tanks in our yard for your bulk delivery price. We also have a Parts Department to service your needs as well as cylinders for sale.

RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE & SAFE RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL DELIVERY

We offer Regular Routed or Will Call service to our bulk delivery customers. As a Regular Service customer we keep track of your usage, check your tank periodically, and deliver automatically. As a Will Call customer, we only deliver at your request. We do not charge extra for either of these services. However, we prefer our customers to be on a Regular Routed Schedule in order to maximize our efficiency and minimize our operating costs, which allows us to offer the best pricing possible. Another benefit to the Regular Service program is you won’t have the added responsibility of checking your tank percentage and making arrangements for a delivery. Let us take care of that for you!  We also offer pilot relighting and regular system and safety and leak checks for our customers.

Services

• You will find that our pricing is very competitive. Our price per gallon is the same delivered to customers with leased tanks or customer owned tanks.
• We have tanks in stock for lease or to purchase for customers in our service areas. We currently lease tanks to property owners. Please call for current tank pricing and out of area tank sales.
• A qualified technician will be happy to refill your BBQ, forklift, auto and RV cylinders Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with plenty of room to turn around.  For our bulk delivery customers, we can fill your BBQ tanks during a scheduled delivery or you may have them filled in our Yard at your bulk delivery rate. 
• Our Parts Department offers a variety of propane fittings and accessories. We have qualified technicians available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• We offer payment options to qualifying customers! Plans include budgeted payment options and automatic credit card payments. Please contact us to set one up today.
