Irish Biofuels Production Limited is a Biodiesel manufacturing company based in the vicinity Wicklow Port. Our newly commissioned plant has an initial capacity of 20,000 tonnes per annum. The facility will be increasing its capacity to 36,000 tonnes within 12 months.

Irish Biofuels is in a position to secure contracts with major oil companies for the supply of approximately 36,000 tonnes of Biodiesel per year. The company will export at product to the U.K. and to other European states where there is currently a considerable demand for Biodiesel derived from used cooking oil (UCO).

It is the intention of the Company to initially import raw material (used cooking oil) from suppliers throughout Europe. We also have trading partners based in South Africa who are working to secure contracts to manage energy crop plantations which will enable us to broaden our range of feedstock in the future.

Irish Biofuels Production limited is situated on a circa. 3 acre site near Wicklow Port. The process area is within a 10,000 sq/ft premises. In addition to the process area there is a laboratory, control room, meeting rooms, etc. There is also a tank farm area and covered loading/ off-loading area.
