Interstate Gas & Oil has a long and proud history of unparalleled customer service. Our core values of integrity and trust were instilled from the beginning and still define us today.  After returning from World War II, George Bell became a service technician for William Maloney Sr., the owner of Arlex Oil Corporation in nearby Lexington. In 1949, seeing an opportunity to expand its service area, William and George came to Sudbury to discuss the purchase of Interstate Gas & Oil from the retired Continental airline pilot. Once the purchase completed George quickly established himself. Through hard work and dedication, he was made partner. In the early days, George did it all: sales, service, installation and just about anything else that had to be done.  Today, Interstate Gas & Oil is owned and operated by the 3rd generation Maloney family and has grown into an “inland terminal” storing over 50,000 gallons of fuel oil.  Interstate Gas & Oil has not forgotten its humble beginnings and continues to enhance its reputation of solid service, reliability and trust.
