For many years, flue gas analyzers have been sold worldwide under the trademark IMR®. From the beginning, IMR® was one of the pioneers in the manufacture of measuring instruments based on electrochemical sensors. During this time a product range of flue gas analyzers for applications in trade and industry was developed.

Because of its extensive application know-how in environmental monitoring, IMR® is now able to offer gas analyzers and gas analysis for emission measurements, even for the most difficult applications. Gas sampling devices, sample gas lines and gas conditioning units are also part of the delivery program such as dust measuring instruments, flow meters and data recording systems.

As a quality feature all flue gas analyzers from IMR® carry a TÜV certification according to DIN EN 14181 and meet the QAL1.

Whether it be Power Plants, Bio-gas generating plants, Service for Machines with Internal Combustion Engines or the Heating Industry, IMR® has a solution for gas analysis. In addition to the use of electrochemical and infrared sensors, laser measurement techniques are now also used. Because of common sense and its philosophy, IMR® actively seeks to exist in an environmentaly friendly way. Therefore, the use of modern, energy saving materials were given high priority in the construction of our company building. Technical components were selected for the highest energy efficiency, which have led to energy savings of 40%. Through the installation of its own photovoltaic system, IMR® is capable of producing more than 50% of its electrical energy needs from a renewable, emission- free energy source. In doing so, IMR® has reduced its annual CO2 emissions by approximately 7 tons.

Service is the key!
You have to be able to rely on your measuring equipment and results. Properties of a measuring device may change over time for various reasons. Be it through the use of components with limited lifetimes or known pollution factors, which cannot be avoided even when used as intended. The instrument manufacturer relies on the basis of experience or regulations to established necessary maintenance cycles. To ensure the measurement reliability, instrumentation owners are recommended to orient themselves to the suggested maintenance cycles.
