I2M Associates provides the specialized requirements of industry as well as Tier I and Tier II environmental consultants to the national and local environmental groups by providing them with senior management and adjunct sources of senior- and project-level hydrogeologic, geologic, and engineering guidance, and litigation support on RCRA, CERCLA, and on specialized projects.
About I2M Facilities and Programs
The I2M professional library was assembled over the years with thousands of citations forming a sound literature base to support I2M environmental and mining projects in Texas, the U.S. and overseas. I2M Associates personnel are also well-trained in Internet search procedures for developing up-to-date sources of regulatory and technical information for projects. The IET Web Resources Portal, which during the mid-1990s provided easy access to the growing technical information available on the Web of the day for students of the IET training program, has been converted to the I2M Web Portal for the benefit of past IET graduates and of I2M clients, I2M Associates, and other interested geoscientists involved in energy exploration, development, and environmental programs throughout the world.
I2M Associates, LLC has just recently initiated a new "Field Alerts" program within the I2M Web Portal to notify geoscientists and others concerning potential health threats when managing others or working in the field or when working in or around, or reporting on potentially hazardous conditions. As reports come in to the I2M Web Portal from I2M Associates and the general readership, we will consider such reports for listing as "A Field Alert" for access via a link in the I2M Web Portal (more).
In another program began in 2007, I2M personnel noticed an increase in the number of inaccurate and deceptive articles that were produced by various types of media on the subject of nuclear power, uranium exploration and mining, and associated environmental issues. These reports came from the national media, national and local adversarial groups, local citizens groups and the attorneys who represent them. Because they all seem to have many shortcomings in common, C&A personnel began in 2007 to examine them in some detail. Effective April 1, 2010, I2M Associates, LLC has agreed to continue to encourage the I2M personnel to review and comment on articles selected through a process involving at least three and perhaps additional associates and to publish their reviews on this I2M Associates web page as an educational contribution to geoscientists and the general public (here).

I2M Associates, LLC began a new "Field Alerts" program in July, 2013 involving the I2M Web Portal designed to advise geoscientists and others concerning potential health threats when working in the field. As reports come in to I2M Web Portal personnel, they will list them collectively as "A Field Alert" via a link (here) and via a Navigation Tab on top right of the I2M web page as Web Portal, which leads to the subject list of Alerts .
