HZ Electric Supply (HZ) has been serving the New England area since the 1930’s with a full line of electrical supplies, including beautiful lighting designs for industrial, commercial and residential customers.  For years, we have been fondly referred to as, "Hampden Zimmerman" or "Zimmies" in our local community. This dates back to the mid-1980s when Hampden Electric Supply and MW Zimmerman Electric Supply merged to form one exciting new company. Our brand is now recognized throughout the region for its product diversity, friendly service, and affordable pricing.  From our first branches in the 1930's to our current regional warehouse located at 274 Taylor Street in Springfield, our dedication and commitment to our customers is widely known throughout New England.  Today, we are a privately held U.S. Electrical Services Inc. company owned by C.E.D with our Central Distribution Center (CDC) located in Middletown, CT. Located there is our 200,000 square foot warehouse with over $11 million in inventory to serve the ever-changing needs of our customers.  You’ll find all your favorite brands at HZ Electric Supply and we deliver daily throughout the New England area.
