For over 75 years, the Hirschman family has been supplying propane and petroleum products to families throughout the Great Lakes Bay region. Located in Reese, Michigan, this third-generation business began with Charles “Charlie” Hirschman. “Grandpa Charlie” started the businesses providing petroleum products with personal service to the residents of Reese — and outlying farmers. Donald Hirschman took the reins in 1967, establishing and running the gas station in Reese. Mark, following in his grandfather’s and father’s footsteps, has been in charge since 1992. All three generations — along with our friendly, professional staff — have carried on the traditions of providing quality products with personal service at competitive pricing.  For Mark, one of the most satisfying and enjoyable aspects of day-to-day operations is hearing stories about his father and grandfather from customers his family has taken care of for decades.
