Hatch provides an array of services to the mining, mineral processing and metals industry and offers innovative designs of metallurgical processes that have in many cases established the standard for all metallurgical companies. Currently, we have projects under way for 15 of the largest metals companies in the world by capitalization.

Hatch has a long history in the petroleum industry with experience in major oil and gas producing regions in Canada, Australia, and the Middle East. Our portfolio spans both the upstream and downstream sectors with key focal points in conventional gas and sulfur, bitumen extraction and processing, carbon sequestration, shale-to-liquids technologies, and LNG developments.

We provide everything from turnkey construction to plant expansions and retrofit projects, and offer in-house expertise for all project management, process design, engineering, procurement and construction activities.

Infrastructure

Hatch undertakes major infrastructure projects and assignments from concept and feasibility through detailed engineering, procurement and construction-management contracts, to operational and maintenance management. Hatch is currently engaged on rapid-transit systems; bulk commodity ports and container terminals, heavy rail, tunnelling; solid waste and potable water projects; desalination plants and bulk-material handling facilities.
