Grundy County Industrial Park
Located seven miles north of Grundy Center at the corner of Highway 14 and 170th Street (half a mile south of new four lane U.S. Highway 20 interchange) and is zoned for light industry. The first 20 acres has been graded and platted into eight lots. The park has rural water, paved roads and three phase power, served by Grundy County REC.
Grundy Center Industrial Park
Located on the northeast edge of Grundy Center on Highway 14. The 20-acre park has been annexed into the city limits.
