Grenadier Energy Partners, LLC was formed in February 2007 by Patrick J. Noyes as a Texas limited liability company. Grenadier was established as an upstream exploration and production company in the energy sector. The Company’s primary business is to acquire, develop, and exploit assets to create a significant enterprise value entity. The Company’s objective is to increase returns to its stakeholders.In order to achieve this, Grenadier’s strategy is to profitably develop long-lived oil and natural gas reserves by applying cutting edge technology through the drilling, completion and production phases of its wells. The Company maintains a disciplined, opportunistic approach to acquisitions where we seek to find long-life reserves that can be developed with low risk and moderate capital requirements.The name Grenadier comes from the Grenadier Range, a group of rugged sweeping peaks composed mostly of quartzite located in the Rocky Mountains of southwest Colorado. The range has become known as one of the most difficult areas to climb in the region and offers spectacular vistas for those that venture there.  For the staff of Grenadier, this name symbolizes the hard work and individual pride that go into building a successful business and being able to enjoy the accomplishment along the way.
