Unbranded Gasoline

Global is one of the largest independent distributors of unbranded gasoline in the Northeast. We supply the needs of gasoline resellers, jobbers and independent service stations throughout the region and in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  The extensive storage capacity of our terminal network ensures that our customers have access to a competitive and dependable supply of product. We pride ourselves on providing quality product, timely delivery and competitive pricing.

Diesel Fuel

Global has supplied diesel fuel throughout the Northeast Region for over thirty years.  We are a proven leader in fueling the transportation needs of this diverse region due to our extensive supply resources and segregated storage capacity.  Quality and dependability are synonymous with Globals Diesel One® premium grade diesel fuel. Diesel One® has been formulated to meet the highest quality standards and fuel component regulations that are currently required in the marketplace.

Propane

Global has built a rail-fed propane storage facility near our existing terminal in Albany, New York. The facility is located at 49-51 Erie Boulevard Albany, NY, and has fixed tank storage of 630,000 gallons.

Crude Oil 

Global Partners is transporting mid-continent crude in the US and Canada to our Albany facility.  We recently acquired a 60% interest in Basin Transload, LLC which operates two transloading facilities in North Dakota with a combined rail loading capacity of 160,000 barrels a day.  The transloading facilities are approximately 195 miles apart in Columbus and Beulah, North Dakota.  The Columbus facility is located along the Canadian Pacific Railway and provides single line haul service to Globals recently expanded terminal in Albany, NY.  Basin Transloads Beulah site, which supports crude oil production efforts in the Williston Basin, is located along the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad with direct long-haul service to the West Coast and Gulf Coast Markets. 

Natural Gas

Global has sold its natural gas marketing and electricity brokerage assets to Sprague Operating Resources LLC and Sprague Energy Solutions Inc. (collectively, “Sprague”).   Global will continue to service its customers until such time as their accounts are transferred to Sprague. 

BioFuels

Global is committed to the use of renewable, clean-burning biodiesel and Bioheat® fuels. We provide quality biofuels and have installed state-of-the-art rack blending systems at Global Terminal Road and Global Chelsea Terminals.  Bioheat® fuel is a blend of generic heating oil and biodiesel feedstock, each of which meet ASTM specifications prior to being blended. Biodiesel feedstock can be produced from soybean and palm oils, and other natural renewable resources. Bioheat® fuel helps heating systems operate cleaner and contributes to reduced maintenance when used in conjunction with Heating Oil Plus™. Biodiesel helps engines run cleaner and reduces wear. 

Marine Fuels

Globals unrivaled technical support and advanced formulation make DieselOne® the preferred choice for diesel propulsion applications.  Each gallon of DieselOne® provides the following proprietary chemistry benefits for working marine vessels as well as pleasure craft:

• A water disbursement package
• A fuel stabilizing component
• A detergent package that helps keep fuel injectors clean
• A corrosive inhibitor package
• An added fuel lubricity element
