In 1986, Geer Gas Corporation began providing Industrial, Medical, and Specialty Gases to a wide variety of customers in Columbus, Dayton, Newark and their surrounding communities.  As we continue to grow, we promise to hold fast to our belief that all of our customers’ needs come first regardless of their size or frequency of service.  Thank you for allowing us to provide our services in your community and we look forward to many years of mutual success and prosperity.

Our goal is to provide the finest quality products and services to our customers and to do this more efficiently and economically than our competitors. By satisfying our customers’ needs they will continue to do business with us and recommend us to others.

Industrial gases is sometimes narrowly defined as just the major gases sold, which are: nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, argon, hydrogen, acetylene and helium. 

Industrial gases (sometimes referred to as commodity gases or bulk gases) are a group of gases that are specifically manufactured for use in a wide range of industries, which include oil and gas, petrochemicals, chemicals, power, mining, steel-making, metals, environmental protection, medicine, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, food, water, fertilizers, nuclear power, electronics and aerospace.  Industrial gases are also gaseous at ambient temperature and pressure.

Propane

As a privately owned business, Geer Gas thrives on being able to support other liked minded business owners. For example, We LOVE our food trucks! Their food is fantastic and the commitment to their brand is energizing. Each truck has a great story about how they got started, their inspiration for their food and what it is about the industry that keeps them going. We are proud to have partnered with the 1400 Food Lab, on Dublin Road, to provide propane for their Food Truck clients. For every gallon of propane purchased, we give back a percentage to the Food Lab. Sharing with the community is important and we feel they are a huge benefit to ours! The Food Lab team believes, “They are the place that helps food professionals start, grow their business and connects those who love to cook with those who love to eat!”.  In addition to being awesome, they offer cooking classes, team building, cooking preparation stations for clients and so much more. As we continue to grow in our communities, we want to supply you with what you need to complete your job.  From and professional welder to our novice students, we can be your one stop shop for all your gases and welding needs.  If we don’t have what you need, we will find a way to get it for you.
