Göktekin Energy is an engineering company established in 2015 to provide EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) services. Our company, which spent 2016 as a preparation period in line with our long-term strategies, received ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates in this period, established its technical and administrative team infrastructure, and completed all necessary training on Solar Energy Systems, which is very new in Turkey. In addition, by incorporating the EVD (Energy Efficiency Consultant) Certificate trained and authorized by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, which only 28 companies in our country can hold, it became the only EPC company in Turkey with an EVD certificate.

Our company, which started its EPC activities in 2017, completed the Konya Kulu GES project with a power of 4,725 kWp and completed its first job. In the same year, it has installed a solar power plant with a power of 1,069 kWp in Afyon Gazlıgöl Municipality under the sponsorship of Ä°ller Bankası, and in 2017, it has completed the installation of a power plant of approximately 6 MW.

In 2018, he completed the 2 MW SPP projects in NevÅŸehir Acıgöl and 6.5 MW in Yozgat Saray with his own resources and became an investor in the sector. In the same year, it completed 6 more projects, large and small, aimed at public and private sector investors, and closed the year with a total installation of 13 MW. Our company also started to operate in the field of commercial product sales in 2018 by taking the Turkey distributorship of SolarEdge, which is the leading inverter brand in Europe and America in the roof SPP market.

With the aim of increasing our investments in 2019; Our portfolio has reached an installed power of more than 50 MW with the realization of 13,700 kWp power plants in Van BaÅŸkale, 12,414 kWp in Diyarbakır KesentaÅŸ, 11,600 kWp in Osmaniye and 4,000 kWp in Adana.

With the Self Consumption Regulation enacted in May 2019, foreseeing that the roof SPP market will grow very rapidly, we integrated the organizational structure of our company into the new market conditions, created regions to cover all of Turkey and opened our Istanbul office. At the time of commissioning, the 5.2 MW Samsun YeÅŸil Küre Solar Power Plant, Turkey's third largest on-roof SPP project, was commissioned on a turnkey basis, including roof and building reinforcement. In the same process, our 3 roof SPP projects have been completed, and our ongoing 13 different roof projects over 50 MW are continuing simultaneously.
