What started out as a question from a Vacuum Truck Driver named Fred about making a better hydrocarbon based degreaser to cut the heavy oils in the Peace River region, turned into the making of a product which beat all competitor products while improving on the user friendliness from which Fred and his coworkers could be happy with using on a daily basis.

Since 2006,  later with several generations of products, Bikow Specialties carries two of the best hydrocarbon based degreasers on the market today. We have yet to come across a product that works like this for heavy bitumen and now a combination product which completes the best cleaning for all gravity crudes. These products cut down the wait time and the need for multiple use over the same area. This results in a major cost savings along with a superior clean.
