Fraser Energy Solutions is a family owned and operated, full service fuel company located in Harrington, Maine.  Since taking over the business in early 2012, Darren Fraser has dedicated himself to expanding the company and providing an affordable and reliable fuel delivery service to Down East Maine.  Recently the company has extended its delivery area, serving customers as far Down East as Eastport.   Fraser Energy Solutions has now added propane to its list of fuel options which include, home heating oil, kerosene, as well as on and off road diesel.  The company is also in the process of establishing a service contract to make available to all of its customers.   Fraser Energy Solutions is proud to serve Down East Maine and strives to meet all the fuel needs of its community.

Service Contract

Available to all customers who purchase their entire years fuel supply on an automatic delivery basis and maintain satisfactory credit standing for the term of the plan. A Service Contract with Fraser Energy Solutions ensures repair to all covered parts, including labor, for the duration of your contract. Contracts are valid for one year from the date the contract is signed and paid in full. Fraser Energy Solutions reserves the right to inspect and approve the equipment for Service Plan coverage before it is issued. This agreement does not cover parts and labor associated with upgrading the heating system to meet with existing or newly established state codes.

Service Contracts will not cover customer negligence, which includes: thermostat not set properly, blown or loose fuses, no fuel in the tank, emergency switch shut off or any other damages resulting from customer error. A Service Contract will also not cover the replacement or cleaning of domestic hot water coils, and replacement of domestic water tempering valves. Also, Fraser Energy Solutions will not be responsible for damage caused by a leaking or ruptured fuel tank, or any damage caused by electrical outages, or related problems, acts of nature, and freeze-ups caused by the customers failure to report to us any problems in a timely manner. Fraser Energy Solutions reserves the right to refuse a new contract on any unit
