Mentone Propane Company began operation in October 2014 as a modern railcar offloading terminal with the purpose of safely and efficiently providing another source of quality propane supply into the northern Indiana, southern Michigan and western Ohio area. This has come about through the strategic partnering of Franger Gas in Elkhart, Indiana, NGL Supply in Sarnia, Ontario along with North Central Coop (now Ceres Solutions) and Norfolk Southern rail. Together we have successfully built a terminal that not only meets the energy needs of our customers but has helped raise the standard for safety and efficiency in both railcar offloading and transport truck loading. Our customers depend on a consistent supply of propane at affordable prices to meet their life needs and we help make this possible by being a reliable source of this versatile commodity.

Franger Gas Company will refill your compact cylinders! Don’t throw money away at an exchange cabinet, where you will often not get a full tank in return…..come have your tank refilled instead! There are no flat rate fills here…..we weight the tank and you pay for the gas we put in your cylinder.

On-site Refueling Stations:

For companies with larger lift truck fuel needs, we also offer a refueling station service. We install, equip, refuel and service this station to allow designated employees to refill your cylinders on your own schedule. Call today to see if you qualify!
