Our founders began to work in the field of environmental protection technology, both in the development of new, sustainable building materials and through the marketing of corresponding insulation technology for windows and other, partly patented innovations.

We are convinced that in the future the generation of energy will have to move away from fossil fuels and nuclear power and towards renewable energies and that we can consume significantly less energy without sacrificing comfort. We have already taken this path at a time when many still smiled at it. As early as 1987 we dealt with photovoltaics, which at that time was still in the early stages, and planned and initiated some of the first wind turbines in Germany.
