Born in 1962, Christopher L Luther grew up having much time with his father who was self employed. As it is with many self employed families, taking care of the family business was a high priority. Therefore, Chris spent many of his younger years, during weekends and summers, going to work in the family businesses. After finishing High School in 1980, Chris went on to attend the University of Southern California from 1980 thru 1984, majoring in Business Administration and Finance. While there, in 1981, Chris became a member of the the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. Chris was quickly nominated as Treasurer of the Chapter. He held that position for three years. Similar to his high school years, all throughout his college years, Chris continued to work for the family businesses, in between his full class schedule, during the weekends and throughout all of the summers.

In June of 1984, Chris went to work full-time, administering the family s various real estate and business investments. Chris industrial experience began shortly thereafter.In 1986, Chris  family invested in a drum & container reconditioning business, located in East Los Angeles, California. While there, Chris headed up the Sales and Operations departments. It was during this time that Chris began his passion for being involved in heavy Industry. His passion for heavy industry only grew stronger and stronger, as each year passed.

In 1988, Chris left the family enterprises, to branch out on his own. Chris purchased a small industrial maintenance services business, located in Long Beach, California. With a drive to succeed, Chris quickly took on the competition and his service company grew much bigger. During 1996 / 1997, a few of the very large competitors in the service business sector, pursued the purchase of Chris business. Finally, after months of going back and forth, entertaining the various proposals, Chris sold his organization.

In early 1996, while in preparation to sell the maintenance service business, Chris realized the need, in the industrial marketplace, for reliable lubrication and chemical distribution to serve the end-user, in the greater Los Angeles area.

 In early 1997, Chris started INDUSTRIAL CHEMICAL SOLUTIONS COMPANY, with just 1 employee and 1 gallon of industrial degreaser, in a small warehouse located in Torrance, CA. As many of you know, after years of hard work, we now maintain two distribution facilities in California, distributing over 1,500 line items.

Born in 1979, Christina began her professional work experience in the drafting and mechanical design fields, in Long Beach, CA.Christina joined INDUSTRIAL CHEMICAL SOLUTIONS COMPANY in 1998. Christina was just 19 years old at that time.Christina was originally hired as an outside sales person.... having no prior sales experience. What Christina did have, though, was a shared vision of dedication to our Customers needs and a drive to deliver high quality products in a very timely fashion.

 Christina quickly surpassed the sales performance of the others on the sales staff. During these first few years, Christina focused on ways to better serve our Customers needs. At the same time, Christina also took on a big interest on gaining product knowledge about all things related to chemical /lubrication product application.It wasnt long, during her 2nd year with us, that Christina took on the role of technical adviser, to our Customers and the entire Sales Staff.During Christinas 5th year, at the age of 24, she was promoted to Sales Manager. She continued her dedication to our Customers needs and the products that we distributed. In her 8th year with the organization, at the age of 27, Christina was promoted to General Manager.Christina has now been with our organization for nearly 19 years! Her dedication to serving our Customers and her knowledge of industrial fluids, is unmatched. It is very often, that industry leaders in the lubrication and chemical world, call upon Christina for her technical advise and recommendation.... A fact that we are all very proud of.Christina continues to surpass in sales performance and continues to find better ways to serve our Customers with greater satisfaction! Together, Christina works, hand in hand, with our Sales Staff, ensuring that our Customers have the best and most qualified account representation available..... After all, we exist only because of our Customers!
