Fine Energy Limited is a 17-person privately held company with offices in Birmingham and Edinburgh. We work in partnership with a select group of wind turbine manufacturers who have chosen us to identify and develop the best sites for their turbines throughout the UK. After establishing whether a site is suitable, we invest in designing and developing it, working closely with the local planning authority and electricity distribution network operator. We offer landowners 20-year leases on parcels of land smaller than 10m by 10m on which medium scale wind turbines are then installed and operated. The landowner/corporate pays Fine energy nothing and benefits from a reduction in its carbon footprint and, where the choice of grid connection point allows, its electricity costs .
