Drill Site Abstracts & Curative

Over the past few years, the Exterra Team has been heavily involved in drill site abstracting and curative. From Colorado to Pennsylvania, North Dakota to Ohio,  Kansas to Illinois, and many other states, our clients have relied on Exterra to create and deliver complete abstracts of title for drilling title opinions. The Exterra tract-based land records system provides immediate recognition and access to documents that appear in the chains of tracts with common title, resulting in significant efficiency in time and cost. Our years of experience allow us to recognize title defects early on and to effect appropriate curative measures to stay ahead of the bit.
