There are not many active candidates; so, we make it our business to introduce ourselves to as many petroleum professionals in the country as we can. As a result of this, we have an extensive nationwide database of active & passive candidates whose experience comes from small to large, local & national companies.
These include consulting, service and midstream professionals, but the overwhelming majority of our candidates are with exploration and production companies. Our recruiting efforts include direct recruiting from O&G companies, networking with thousands of O&G professionals, running ads, searching online databases and networking with O&G specific associations. We also sponsor many professional association events including golf tournaments, sporting clays, technical symposiums and more.Energy Search Associates’ third responsibility is to our community.
