Elite Fuel Service is a fuel oil and propane gas delivery company, along with a full service department. We are a Christian based company and strive to live by the Golden Rule in everything we do and say. At Elite, we place a high value on customer loyalty, and we do our very best to provide high quality products and services at fair and affordable prices.  Elite Fuel Service was founded by Curvin Swartzentruber and his family in November of 2001. Aided by his wife Susan, Curvin began Elite Fuel Service from his home. Curvin delivered the fuel oil, and Susan managed the phone calls and received the orders. Word spread quickly of this new company, and Elite Fuel Service began to grow rapidly.  In January of 2002, Curvin hired his first employee – a secretary. In December of 2002 he hired his first oil truck driver. In September of 2003 the first service technician was hired and thus, our full service department was born. Since then, we have never looked back.  Curvins background in business management and extensive experience in oil delivery services was a great benefit and a factor in starting a successful business. His high level of integrity and cheerful, upbeat personality made it easy to attract and retain many new customers.  Curvin founded Elite Fuel Service with the purpose of providing better customer service for the many oil consumers in Berks County. We believe our success hinges directly on providing a high quality product along with superior customer service.  We treat our customers the same way that we would like to be treated. This is done with a positive, upbeat, and team-oriented work environment. We understand that a positive spirit brings happiness, and happy employees provide better customer service - and everyone wins.  Elite customer service continues to be our primary goal as we continue to grow... and we look forward to providing the best oil and propane delivery and service in Berks County.

The owner and all employees live and serve our local community right here in Berks County. You can usually find us participating at the local Oley Fair in Oley, PA each year, as well as other local events throughout Berks County. We strive to make our community a better place to live and have fun doing it.   We answer the phones when you call, and youll always talk to one of us. Diesel Fuel

Whether you are a large trucking company or a small farmer, we are the perfect company for you. With over 10 years of experience in the diesel fuel market, we know diesel engines, and we know what it takes to keep em running.  We take personal responsibility for all the fuel we deliver, and we make sure all of our diesel fuel is fully treated with our custom blend of treatment to make sure your trucks and tractors keep running smoothly, regardless of the weather.  We service most of Berks County and offer prompt and courteous service.  All orders can be delivered within 2 business days…or sooner if possible.

Automatic Delivery

Elite Fuel Service offers automatic delivery for all our fuel products. We track the weather on a weekly basis and use this data to project when your tank should be refilled. This allows you to relax and forget about keeping the tank filled, or running out of oil in the middle of the night.

Propane Delivery

All of our propane is HD5 Grade Propane (90% pure propane). We are one of the few remaining family owned companies in Berks County who offer full service.  We install tanks, gas lines, heating systems, as well as propane delivery.

Emergency Service

All our regular oil or propane customers can relax and enjoy peace of mind knowing that there is ALWAYS someone on call for emergency service.  We keep it simple…if you need emergency service, all you have to do is call our regular number: 610-916-0237.  If you are calling after hours, you will be greeted with a phone menu that will offer several emergency options. All you have to do is follow the menu, leave a message for us, and someone will call you back to arrange a service call.
