Management and Board of Directors

Led by Paul Mørch, Dome Energy’s Chief Executive Officer, the Company has assembled an experienced management team with extensive knowledge and experience in corporate finance, accounting, geology & geophysics and petroleum engineering.  Dome’s strategy is to maintain an efficient and productive team without incurring burdening costs of large expensive and often cumbersome management structures often associated with natural resources companies.

Share Issue Authorization

The Annual General Meeting on June 20, 2018, resolved to authorize the Board of Directors, under existing Articles of Association, until the next AGM, on one or several occasions, with or without deviation from the shareholders’ preferential rights, to resolve on issue of shares and/or convertibles and/or warrants. These issues of shares can be issued against cash payment and/or with a clause or set-off, or otherwise subject to conditions.

• At the 2018 Annual General Meeting for the period until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2019 the authorized accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers AB was elected as Dome Energy’s auditor.
• Auditor in charge: Bo Lagerström, an Authorized Public Accountant and a member of the professional association FAR.
