D&M Solutions, Inc. was formed in 1982 by Dale Leivestad and Monte Smith, and has greatly increased its size with an ever-expanding fleet of equipment and employees. We are committed to growing with the needs of our customers.

Formed in 2018, Badlands Resource Recovery (BRR), Inc. handles materials such as non-marketable crude oil produced from oilfield exploration and production, along with other wastes produced from the Oil and Gas Industry. BRR has developed as a leader in the industry and has aided in the growth of D&M Solutions, Inc.

Little Missouri Special, Inc (LMS) is a solid waste landfill located south of Marmarth, ND. For the last eight years, LMS has teamed up with the leading specialists in both the Compost and Special Waste industries to compile the most comprehensive plan that not only meets but exceeds the North Dakota Department of Health regulations regarding Special Waste Landfills.

D&M Solutions, Inc. along with its sister companies, maintains a thorough safety program in which each employee participates on a regular basis.

This has allowed us to be the premier service company in the industry. D&M has a full service mechanic shop on site and a mobile service truck to keep all equipment in full working order per DOT regulations at all times. The shop staff is well known for their professional skills in handling all heavy equipment requirements allowing D&M to have elite equipment in the field.
