SOFTWARE INSTALLATION

On-site installation is scheduled on your network by our staff, and we work with your staff or IT partner to give you the keys on how to install new workstations, servers, and remote users. 

CLOUD BASED – SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE (SAAS)

This is a subscription-based installation method that is hosted and administered by DESERTMICRO. With DESERTMICRO SAAS, we host, administer and support all applications from our state-of-the-art data center, offering access to leading-edge technology, regardless of local resources. No heavy up-front fees and no hardware maintenance required, meaning your staff is free to focus on mission critical initiatives.

TRADITIONAL MODEL

The Traditional Model gives you complete control with the purchase and maintenance of all software, databases, hardware and services onsite. Software can still be customized and integrated with programs and systems as needed. Sensitive data is securely maintained by you, but can be backed up at our data center for an additional cost.

DOWNLOAD UPGRADES

DESERTMICRO wants your company to receive the benefits of all the latest developments designed to increase your office productivity and profit margins. Software upgrades are included in the price of the Maintenance Agreement and will be distributed free of charge. Your software investment will automatically be insured against becoming obsolete, as long as a Maintenance .
