By putting the family name on every service van and fuel delivery truck, we’ve continued to maintain the importance of a warm, friendly, family attitude.  In the past 68 years, Densmore Oil Company and the Densmore family have donated over $25,000 a year to local charities, youth sports teams, local hospitals, community associations, and the Stonington High School scholarship fund.

We at Densmore offer affordable home heating oil and reliable heating oil delivery to homes in our Eastern CT and Southwestern RI community. The fuel we deliver is ultra-low sulfur heating oil which contains no more than 500 ppm of sulfur content; this is drastically less sulfur content than standard home heating oil which means it is safer for your home and our environment, and it is also cleaner than natural gas. Bioheat is an eco-friendly fuel. It blends traditional home heating oil with biodiesel, which is a byproduct of renewable resources such as soybean oil and recycled cooking oil. Bioheat is used in place of standard #2 heating oil for both residential and commercial customers, and is beneficial to both consumers and the environment.
