We offer a comprehensive array of programs, including — energy audits that identify where homes or buildings are losing energy; rebates on recommended upgrades such as new heating or cooling systems, windows, hot-water heaters and more; low interest loans or grants for large renewable energy systems like solar and geothermal; programs for low-income households; and a list of quality contractors you can trust to perform the work.  And we do it all, at no cost to Delaware taxpayers. Energize Delaware is a self-funded initiative. We raise money bond issuances and pay it back through energy and costs savings generated statewide.
