Independent Supply

With our own bulk storage plant in Glen Tay, we are able to find the best market for our customers’ propane. You will not see extra lines or charges on your bill, unless there is extra work that you have authorized. Our customers are billed by the litre, not by the delivery, and you can be sure of being treated fairly.

Our degree-day system matches your fuel consumption to the temperature outside and we schedule your deliveries to reflect that demand for energy. This ensures you’re always topped up when you need it and aren’t left out in the cold.

At Bangs Fuels we are pleased to offer round-the-clock service to our customers.

If your furnace quits at 2:00 a.m., we are just a phone call away!  Our service technicians are on call – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Simply give us a call, and you will be directly connected to one of them. They will then help you identify whether it is an easy fix over the phone, or if it requires an emergency visit.  In some circumstances, your emergency may not coincide with our regular operating hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). If this is the case, the visit will be subject to overtime rates. It is therefore very important that you and the technician identify the urgency of the situation during your phone call.  During an after hours service call, our technicians will get you up and running in the timeliest manner possible. This may mean that, depending on the severity of the issue, a follow-up visit during regular hours may be required as a more permanent solution and will be subject to regular rates.

Hydronic heating requires very little energy to run and is highly efficient, making it an excellent choice to heat your living space.

 Hydronic HeatingHealth concerns for those who are highly allergic or suffer asthma problems should also be considered when picking your heat source. Radiant heating has no air ducts, but instead a closed loop system that creates very little heat loss while moving the heated water to its destination.  Several government incentives to use highly energy efficient systems throughout the home and can be applied to hydronic heating systems.
