Packaging waste producers, waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) producers and battery waste producers earn commercial support and benefits from our producer compliance schemes and environmental services.

Founded in 2006 by MD Gareth Roberts, we the team pride ourselves on our commitment to customers, delivering and maintaining the highest quality level of service and support and sourcing the lowest possible costs for our customers.

Our services can be tailored to suit any business, we provide customers with enhanced support and many cost saving opportunities.

Comply Direct are a government approved producer compliance scheme for packaging compliance, WEEE compliance and also provide a batteries compliance service in line with the UK waste regulations.

Our team are experts in developing energy and carbon reduction and management plans as well as offering services to support or undertake data gathering to assist in reporting obligations.

We provide specialist support services for compliance with the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme, carbon reduction targets, energy management, zero waste to landfill solutions and recycling for materials and WEEE.

Our online systems allow our members to access cost calculators, update their own details, browse and download previous data submissions, check invoices and maximise performance points that reduce cost of membership further.

Data submissions could not be simpler and members benefit from online verification checks that help them submit data that is deemed to be as accurate as reasonably possible.
