Business Development

Sam started his career with Caltex as an engineer in their Bahrain refinery and then worked in their supply groups in Dallas & Sydney.  After managing crude supply for the Come-by-Chance (Newfoundland) refinery for Cumberland, he became VP of Crude Supply & Trading for Tosco’s East Coast US system.  Sam went on to lead Glencore’s America’s crude trading book.  In 2017 Sam received his Masters in Sustainability from Harvard and joined Citizens in 2018 to focus on renewable energy project development.
