Established in 2001, Leon Chin-you started CHIN DIESEL, INC with the intention of providing professional materials transport, which includes but is not limited to construction debris and auger cast spoils removal, trash hauling, site clearing, select demolition services, as well as the sale and delivery of construction materials. We have since then, expanded to include total Demolition. We also provide building pad compaction services, excavation services, and dust control services if needed. We are fully licensed and insured and can handle any size project presented to us. 

Our History

Starting in 2001, Leon C. Chin-you, President, began as a Truck driver for Rollingstones Land Development of Plantation, Florida. Since then, his fascination with dump trucks inspired him to begin his own fleet.     With the purchase of his first truck, a triaxle dump truck, he began working through local brokers on large scale projects. As time progressed, a constant helter-skelter of workload was seen and no increase in production. It was at that point he branched off on his own and with the securement of a few select private customers.     Today with a full crew, a fleet of 5 plus trucks, water trucks, loaders, bulldozers, excavators, backhoes and lowboy services we can now provide whatever wherever services within 2 hours notice, 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. We perform government, private and corporate demolition of buildings, bridges, roadways and steel structures.

Services

• Our demolition services ranges from select, interior, surgical, partial, total and marine demolition. Our scope is limited to low and mid rise projects, parking lots and underground structures. We can provide permitting services if needed and asbestos referrals for asbestos surveys abatement and documentation. 
• Sale and delivery of construction Materials, Lime rock, #57 rock, pea rock, masonry sands, commercial concrete screenings as well as select refined fill materials for building pads and backfilling operation.
• Water truck, loader, excavation, skid loader and compactor rental with qualified operators for site operations. Fully licensed and insured we can to provide all phase of civil engineering works. Low boy services up to 25 tons. Above 25 tons alternate arrangements are available, at equally reasonable rates.
