Bill Heffernan, Jim Whitcomb and David Whitcomb started Champlain Valley Plumbing & Heating in Bill’s home in 2002. The warehouse was in David’s basement. Soon after, they built the office and warehouse on Monkton Road in Bristol. In 2004 they added fuel delivery, and bought Rogers Fuels on Exchange Street in Middlebury the year after. ​ After well over a decade of service to the area, we have proven to be the area’s best choice; our CVPH team is committed to providing professional, quality service with friendly, family-run pride.
