CH Four Biogas is a design and consulting firm that has successfully adapted more than 20 years of Swiss biogas know-how to the North American market, incorporating their advanced anaerobic digestion technology into their projects.
The company specializes in the development of anaerobic digestion and biogas facilities including technical studies, complete system engineering and design, construction management, and system optimization. Although its roots are in the development of agricultural projects; CH Four has been increasingly involved with municipal and industrial projects.

CH Four Biogas was originally incorporated in 2006 as Genesys Biogas Inc. as part of the Genesys Group, an international bioenergy consortium. On January 1, 2009, CH Four Biogas Inc. was officially
launched as the independent, wholly Canadian-owned successor of Genesys Biogas Inc., with Benjamin Strehler at the helm.  In 2012 Ethan Werner became a partner in the firm, and plans were made to expand operations.

CH Four Biogas continues to have its head office in Ottawa, Ontario, and now has field offices in North Vancouver, British Columbia and Rensselaer, New York.  The company has engineering staff with expertise in the electrical, mechanical, and biochemical disciplines, permitting experts, computer aided design and administrative support staff.
