COMPANY INFORMATION

Warren Davidson, Jr. and Jeremy Johnson began their careers in the electric utility industry installing continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) in response to the Clean Air Act's Acid Rain Program. Warren and Jeremy saw a need for technical support and service of CEMS within the power industry, and in 1996 they founded C.E.M. Solutions, Inc.

In the years that followed, C.E.M. Solutions began designing and selling process monitoring and air emissions monitoring systems. The company also expanded their services by providing air quality emissions and compliance testing.

C.E.M. Solutions now serves a variety of industries including Portland cement, biomass, waste-to-energy, electric utility, independent power providers and others.

C.E.M. Solutions integrates and sells reliable, highly accurate air emissions monitoring equipment at a reasonable price.

The focus on monitoring accuracy is more intensive today than ever due to ever increasing costs for emissions trading as well as more stringent compliance limitations on facilities.

A well designed, accurate, and reliable air emissions monitoring system can be used not only to track emissions and demonstrate compliance, but also to make plant processes more predictable and efficient, therefore limiting periods of emissions violations.

SERVICES

C.E.M. Solutions offers a variety of air emissions monitoring and CEMS services designed to assist our clients in meeting their corporate, federal, state, and local environmental goals.

Our services have been utilized by clients to determine possible over-reporting of air emissions, resulting in large amounts of savings in emissions allowance trading programs and add-on emissions controls.

CEMS services range from conducting routine maintenance Quality Assurance/Quality Control inspections to facility evaluations to determine potential improvements in operations and compliance with applicable CEMS related rules and requirements.

On-site emissions testing is conducted to assist clients in meeting CEMS quality assurance requirements, determining CEMS measurement and reporting accuracy, and demonstrating compliance with applicable facility emissions limits.
