It starts with locating the most attractive site, conducting environmental studies, obtaining permits, entitlement, and site control and receiving the interconnection service agreement from the utility. Once we’ve developed a financially-sound and de-risked renewable asset, we sell it to our IPP partner that is the best fit or use for a direct to utility project.
