About a decade or so ago a group of entrepreneurs that had been working in the solar power industry and dared to do the unthinkable. Trying to sell solar energy to Boise Idaho and neighboring areas. They were met with disbelief by a lot of people who couldn’t believe that the amount of sunlight that we get around here through the year would be enough to power entire homes or businesses. Thankfully they were able to convince quite a handful of people to give solar energy a shot. That is basically how Boise Solar Savers was born! Ever since then we have not looked back! Instead, we are constantly trying to put forth our best efforts to get ahead of the game.

Since we were built by entrepreneurs it is really hard for us to sit still! Today what we want to do is make sure that we can do everything in our power to try and bring solar energy to more and more people in Idaho. The first thing that we need to do is to provide a variety of ways so that people can actually afford solar energy. We know that sometimes just the thought of having to put up front as an investment can scare a lot of people who truly want to see their electricity bill come down. Thanks to our efforts we have come up with a variety of ways to help solar energy be within the grasp of a lot more people. We aim to continue those efforts for many years to come!
