Bio Energy Netherlands gassifies local non-recyclable waste wood to generate sustainable energy and to extract chemical resources.
Mission :
Bio Energy Netherlands wants to generate green electricity and heat from sustainable sources and, through this process, also take the step towards the production of green molecules, which can be used as raw materials in chemistry and for transport fuels. We want to do this by making optimal use of local sustainable biomass from residual flows.
The major challenge within the energy transition is to find sustainable alternatives to fossil fuels. For Bio Energy Netherlands, generating green electricity and green heat is only the first step. Ultimately, it is also about sustainable production of green molecules that can replace fossil fuels for chemistry, industry and transport.
