Beacon Offshore Energy LLC was formed in 2016 with a substantial equity capital commitment from funds managed by Blackstone Energy Partners with a focus on investing in upstream oil & gas assets located in the Deepwater Gulf of Mexico.

At Beacon Offshore Energy we strive to achieve attractive returns for our investors while working with our partners and our high quality exploration and development assets with access to existing infrastructure in the Deepwater Gulf of Mexico.

WHAT WEVE ACHIEVED

• Successfully completed formative acquisition of Miocene aged properties in the Mississippi Canyon and Viosca Knoll area in 2016.

• Participated in successful exploration and appraisal drilling program resulting in a current portfolio of thirteen oil discoveries.

• Sanctioned Blue Wing Olive, Buckskin, Claiborne, Crown & Anchor, La Femme, Red Zinger, and Stonefly developments.

• Achieved first production in the second quarter of 2018.

• Made initial acquisition in the Wilcox trend as a participant in the Buckskin project located in the Keathley Canyon area.

• Expanding Wilcox footprint via acquisition of McKinney, Moccasin, Shenandoah, and Yucatan discoveries.

• Established meaningful net resource position in excess of 200 MMBOE.
