BayTec Propane, Service Company, is a family-owned supplier of propane for thousands of residential, farm and industry customers. Joel Fulcher Sr. started the company in 1983 on Hwy 146 Bacliff, TX 77518. Back then, the company focused mainly on supplying propane cylinder gas. Through the years, the need for a local supplier of propane grew. In 1991 the Company expanded into a full service Propane Dealer. Today Grand-Sons Joe and Mike Fulcher make BayTec Propane the customer-focused company Bay Area residents know and trust for all their propane needs. Because BayTec Propane is locally owned and operated, customers are treated like the friends and neighbors that they are to us. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and competitive prices. We also offer our customers superior equipment. For example, we install a two-stage regulatory system that has many advantages over the one-stage regulators some companies use, including the elimination of pressure fluctuations that can case problems with some appliances. Emergency service is always just a call away 24 hours a day at Toll Free: 800-560-2334. When you call BayTec Propane, youll speak to one of our experienced professionals who will quickly assess the situation and come to your home or business if needed to restore your service promptly. Pre-Buy Programs
For cost-conscious homeowners, BayTec Propane also offers the money-saving pre-buy program. Customers can opt to purchase a years worth of propane fuel during the off-season summer months of July and August. This guarantees a firm price for the number of gallons you anticipate using before March 31 of the next year, so price fluctuations wont be a factor during the high-demand heating season.
Commercial Propane Uses
Because propane is a clean-burning, reliable energy source, many businesses choose it for powering vehicles, generators and manufacturing processes. Many businesses also use propane just as our residential customers do: for heating a building, cooking, decorative lighting and water heating.
BayTec Propane supplies fuel to businesses for generating heated water or steam for manufacturing, to power commercial dryers or to run kilns.
Even if propane is not the primary fuel source, many businesses use it as a secondary or temporary fuel source. For example, a factory may use propane for a back-up fuel source to ensure continued operation even when the primary fuel source is unavailable or expensive due to price fluctuations.
Propane is also an excellent source of temporary heat during the construction phase of a building project, even if the building will eventually use natural gas. Weve supplied propane for such projects as the Beloit Inn and Beloit Memorial Hospital while they were under construction.
Propane is an efficient fuel source for vehicles, especially forklifts. Many companies prefer the use of propane-powered forklifts, especially for indoor use, because they operate with little pollution and they dont have to be recharged for long periods, like electric models do. They are also less expensive to purchase and to run. As a result, nearly 500,000 forklift trucks in use are powered by propane, according to the National Propane Gas Association. This clean-burning fuel is also used for millions of bus, taxi, delivery and other fleets to minimize air pollution in metropolitan areas.
