Baron Energy, Inc. The Company seeks to leverage management’s extensive, multi-disciplined experience in upstream operations and business development to acquire producing properties and then exploit their upside via workovers, reactivations, recompletions and new drilled wells.  Baron’s management team has completed more than 130 buy/sell transactions in Texas since 2002 and has operated properties in 24 Texas counties.

Operations

We are engaged in the management of a consortium of like-minded investors seeking to invest in non-operated oil and natural gas properties. Baron Energy operates all of the properties.  We pursue acquisitions of long-lived producing oil and natural gas properties with relatively low decline rates, predictable production profiles, and future low-risk development opportunities.  We focus on acquisitions that have upside via workovers, recompletions, and development drilling opportunities.  We plan to grow a portfolio of properties over the next 3-5 years that has substantial value in the market place and then monetize the portfolio.
