History

ARM Energy has a history of excellence in offering innovative solutions across the energy value chain. In 2004, Zach Lee and Gil Burciaga founded the Company, originally known as Asset Risk Management, LLC. Now, with over 120 employees and five offices across the U.S., ARM Energy has an established presence in every major North American oil and gas play.  In September 2015, ARM Energy established and engineered Kingfisher Midstream, LLC (“Kingfisher”) in partnership with HPS Investment Partners. Since Kingfisher’s formation, ARM Energy, on behalf of Kingfisher, successfully contracted acreage dedications of approximately 300,000 gross acres in the STACK play in Oklahoma. In February 2018, ARM Energy closed the sale of Kingfisher to Silver Run II for a consideration of $1.55 billion in cash and stock.  In April 2018, Ares Management and ARM Energy launched a partnership to develop Salt Creek Midstream, LLC in the Delaware Basin.ax
