In summary, the breakthrough technology allows an optimized gas-to-liquid or coal-to-liquids facility to be built for up to 30% less than current solutions, produces pure transportation fuels, green waste, and/or clean water; and will most definitely lead to a new industrial revolution creating millions of NEW jobs and contributing to clean energy independence. There is a lack of sophisticated natural gas and coal gasification processes available in the market. Present technologies, while producing reduced emissions, are economically viable only with government subsidization. American Energy Producers has the intellectual property rights & expertise to commercialize our proprietary technology. Applying this new technology to the natural gas and coal conversion process reduces traditional gasification costs by 30% and eliminates 87% of the harmful emissions of typical diesel and jet fuel refining. We are well on the way to construct and to fulfill the energy demand for a total project cost of $1.8 billion, with $6 billion EBITDA projected over 7 years. These crucial energy challenges can be addressed effectively through a coordinated initiative targeting the timely deployment of a network of innovative and disruptive energy plants based on Compressed Plasma technology, together with associated down-line procedures such as a modified Fischer-Tropsch Technology for the production of synthetic crude and clean diesel. The following sections outline succinctly the role that this advanced clean-natural gas and clean-coal technology can play in resolving collectively the referenced energy challenges and confirming that natural gas and coal is truly a diamond in the rough. In fact, natural gas and coal is the safety vault of stored energy that can supply every economy with the bulk of its vital energy and electricity needs for centuries to come.
Leading the way to a future without landfills, our waste to energy plants offer the following benefits to communities:
For example in Natural Gas or Coal to Synthetic Fuels, we apply our powerful, disruptive technology that provides an economically viable business model for the conversion of natural gas and coal into synthetic diesel, synthetic jet fuel, synthetic gasoline and activated carbon, reducing dependence on foreign oil in the production of critical energy products to fuel economic growth. The application of the American Energy Producers technology to the natural gas and the coal conversion process reduces cost by almost one-third and practically eliminates but a fraction of the harmful emissions of typical fuel refining. For example in Waste Management, we apply our disruptive technology that converts post recycled municipal waste into clean power and other valuable products. We offer a commercial scale conversion plant that converts solid waste into a consistent syngas that runs reciprocating gas engines to generate electricity. We offer the most economical and environmentally superior alternative to land filling and incineration. More than 98% of the waste processed will be diverted from landfills and converted into useful products.
Bringing It All Together
Remember the scene in Back to the Future where Doc Brown throws garbage into Mr. Fusion, powering his time machine? While household fusion is still in the realm of science fiction, we might be closer than you think to generating electricity for our homes utilizing trash and plasma waste converters. We see ourselves as a Disruptive Energy company with focuses on plasma technology. When we look around everything surrounding us is plasma; the sun, lightning, the ionosphere, fluorescent light bulb, stars, fire, plasma TV, and solar winds are examples. Needless to say we did not invent the plasma, but we did invent 3 ways that we can harness it to our advantage. The breakthrough technology allows an optimized gas-to-liquid (GTL) and coal-to-liquid (CTL) facilities to be built for up to 30% less than current solutions, produces pure transportation fuels, green waste, and/or clean water; and will most definitely lead to a new industrial revolution creating millions of NEW jobs and contributing to clean energy independence. There is a lack of sophisticated GTL and CTL processes available in the market. Present technologies, while producing reduced emissions, are economically viable only with government subsidization. American Energy Producers has the intellectual property rights & expertise to commercialize proprietary technology. Applying this new technology to the natural gas and coal conversion process reduces traditional gasification costs by 30% and eliminates 87% of the harmful emissions of typical diesel and jet fuel refining. The AEP GTL and CTL solution falls far below all EPA air quality requirements. These crucial energy challenges can be addressed effectively through a coordinated initiative targeting the timely deployment of a network of innovative and disruptive energy plants based on Compressed Plasma technology, together with associated down-line procedures for the production of synthetic crude and clean diesel. The 3 Solutions listed on the left describe how the American Energy Producers Compressed Plasma® technology provides the most cost effective, efficient and environmentally-friendly solution for water and waste to power, natural gas and coal to synthetic fuels for centuries to come.

The Benefits
Our Compressed Plasma Technology® allows a much smaller, simpler, and easier-to-operate plasma facility to be built and maintained for about 1/3 less cost than the price of existing facilities. The disruptive technology is that it requires minimum energy increase to gain larger plasma temperature increases. The higher temperatures allow significantly greater throughput with an overall facility cost significantly less than existing solutions. This equates to significant energy savings, via a simpler technology (e.g. torches) required for system for production and maintenance savings.
