JANUARY 2015 - Ameredev I, LLC formed by a management team comprised of former employees of Three Rivers Operating Co., Cimarex Energy Co. and Concho Resources, Inc.
MAY 2015 - Closes on a $250 million capital commitment from EnCap Investments L.P.
MAY 2015 – FEBRUARY 2017 - Acquires producing properties and undeveloped leaseholds in the southern Delaware Basin and demonstrates the productivity of the Wolfcamp Shale in Ward County with the drilling and completion of multiple long-lateral horizontal wells targeting Wolfcamp A and B.
FEBRUARY 2017 - Closes on the sale of southern Delaware Basin assets to Callon Petroleum for $633 million.
MARCH 2017 - Announces the formation of Amerredev II, LLC with a $400 million equity commitment from EnCap Investments L.P. and management.
2017 - PRESENT - Focused on the acquisition and development of a resource development project in the northern Delaware Basin.

Midstream Services
Washington Crossing Field Services, LLC (WCFS), an affiliate of Ameredev II, LLC, has announced plans to construct and operate the Trophy Pipeline, a new FERC-regulated crude oil pipeline to be located in Lea County, New Mexico. The Trophy Pipeline will have the capacity to accept 50,000 barrels per day of crude oil from numerous lease tank batteries and other field receipt points in the northern Delaware Basin. By bidding for capacity on the Trophy Pipeline, producers and marketers can enjoy the option of delivering crude oil through the system to multiple downstream pipelines, providing access to refineries, Cushing and the U.S. Gulf Coast.
