Founded in 2001, Activa Environnement is a consulting firm offering expert advisory services pertaining to the environment and natural resource and land development. Its clientele includes private developers, construction contractors, municipal stakeholders and government organizations working both at regional and international levels.

Its multidisciplinary team of nearly thirty employees is composed of experienced biologists, forest engineers, agronomists, environmental specialists and land planners. The New Richmond-based company has branch offices both in Rimouski and in Campbellton, New Brunswick. It also has a subsidiary specialized in agronomy, JMP Consultants, established in Rimouski.

The dedication of an efficient operational structure, continuous staff-wide upgrading of expertise and forging of strategic partnerships with other specialized firms are all means used by Activa Environnement to distinguish itself and enjoy a position of cost leadership vis-à-vis its main competitors, thereby allowing its clientele to fully benefit.
