Lucrative Contracts for wholesale deliveries of Diesel EN590 / 10ppm (Diesel `Euro 5`)
- at a FIX price from USD 520 per ton - FOB Rotterdam or ASWP (any safe port in the world) TTT !

This is an unattainable SOURCE price on the European market - guaranteed by the Refinery for the entire duration of the Contract!
And not a secondary, variable price - set freely by resellers and so-called `market makers` - as `Platts minus discount`
(wholesale diesel in Rotterdam - today it is about $ 600-650 / MT, depending on Platts quotes).

We are a Broker - not a `reseller` or `market maker` - therefore:

1. We never manipulate sales prices.

2. We enable the conclusion of Purchase Contracts DIRECTLY with End Sellers - subsidiaries of the Refinery.

3. WE DO NOT COLLECT COMMISSIONS from the Buyer! - because it is paid in full by the Seller.

We provide professional, comprehensive organizational and legal support for each Contract, regardless of its size.

We have subsidiaries in Zurich, London, Rotterdam, Dubai and New York.

Fuel is sold exclusively in wholesale, in Contracts of at least one year (12 months).

We do not handle individual Spot transactions.

The minimum monthly volume of the Contract is:
• 100,000 MT (tons) / [x 12 months]. // Trial 100,000 MT.

Contracts are most often concluded on the following terms:
• FOB Rotterdam / or ASWP (any safe port in the world)
• TTT (Tank-To-Tank)
• Payment guarantee: Revolving letter of credit, worth at least 1 month of delivery
• For CIF, the Seller issues a Performance Bond (guarantee for proper performance of the contract)
• Payment: most often MT-103, always AFTER delivery and a positive result of the SGS test by the Buyer at the port of destination, AFTER transfer (injection) of fuel from the Seller's tank or vessel to the tank (tank farm) or to the Buyer's vessel.

The above construction of the Contract - guarantees the Buyer 100% TRANSACTION SECURITY:
• (1) - Any prepayments, advances, deposits, partial payments, etc. sources of problems are eliminated.
• (2) - Funds are released only AFTER delivery and positive Fuel test result!

We do not support Procedures that are risky for the Buyer.

Additional information:

• Fuel can be delivered ASWP - i.e. to any safe port in the world
- it absolutely does not have to be a destination or transit delivery to Poland!

• Each delivery has a complete set of documents required by law
- including those confirming the origin of NSC `Non-Sanctioned Country` (from countries not covered by sanctions, including Russia)
• Only the discount amount can be negotiated, while the Purchase Procedure is not subject to any negotiations ("non-negotiable").
