1. Receiver sends CIS including utility bill, international passport, business registration incorporation certificate, preferred verbiage for MT799 and MT760 to Bestford Capital (Provider) to carry out financial and corporate checking for due diligence.
2. Within three business days, Bestford Capital sends a Deed of Agreement (DOA) to be signed and countersigned between both parties.
3. Receiver pays the initial fees (administrative fee and portfolio reservation cost) via bank transfer MT103 to Bestford Capital’s nominated bank account.
4. Within 48 hours, Bestford Capital authorizes a Bank-to-Bank confirmation of Swift MT799 and in another 24 hours, instructs the issuing bank to deliver the SBLC MT760 to the Receiver’s Banker including the hard copy of the SBLC via bank bonded courier in Seven (7) banking days. The Receiver’s Bank shall confirm and verify SWIFT MT760 and the hard copy of the SBLC sent via bonded courier.
5. Within ninety business days, the Receiver shall make the payment for Leasing fee which is 4% or Purchasing fee 30% of the face value via MT103 to Bestford Capital’s nominated bank account.
Should the Receiver default to pay the Leasing or Purchasing fees as agreed, Bestford Capital will exercise all legal right to put a claim on the receiver.
