Al began his well water career at age 16 working summers for his future father in law.  After graduation he went to full time as the "helper" on the drill rig and quickly earned his well drilling license.  As the company became busier they branched into pump installation.  Al was a pivotal part of the company, at one point over seeing not only the well drilling and pump installations but sales as well.
